Description of General"Day-of" Services
Three Levels of Service from which to Choose
* A Stress-Free Wedding Day - $600 (6 hours)
* A Stress-Free Wedding Weekend - $700 (8 hours)
* A Stress-Free Wedding Weekend Plus – Starting at $800
These prices are based on weddings within a 50-mile radius of Plymouth. Additional charges will
be added for travel time and accommodations, as needed.
All levels of service include:
• Initial consultation session to get you started and a session near the date of the wedding
• Referrals to local venues, suppliers, and musicians
• Assistance with structure/schedule for ceremony and reception time lines
• Rehearsal direction or assistance (1-2 hours)
• Wedding day direction for ceremony and reception (6 hours)
Wedding weekend also includes the rehearsal direction or assistance (1-2 hours)
Plus Service includes regular consulting sessions from engagement to wedding weekend to
check your progress and keep you on-track, assistance with vendor contacts nearer the
wedding weekend, and specialized services as meets your needs.
Services Available at Additional Charges
• Program design and preparation for printing (you work with the printer or I can)
• Specialized maps for invitations, special events, or an all-event map for a wedding weekend
• Menu cards, table assignments (lists, table number cards, place cards)
• Favors: custom hand made favors, or research and purchase of favors on your behalf
• Reception site decorating (centerpieces, seating charts/cards, candles, etc)
• Pick up or delivery of items to/from vendors (tuxes, invitations, items to be mailed, etc)
• Pick up and delivery of food for the wedding party during ceremony preparation
• Movement of flowers from the wedding site to the reception
• Additional reception services (I.e. candy bar, moving/securing gifts and gift cards, etc) not
provided by the caterer/reception site.
• Activities required to assist the bride/groom during the planning and execution of their perfect
day.
Once an agreement is signed, no price increase will go into effect, except as additional services
are added.

 | Every wedding or event is different, but the average cost of full service consulting is | |
| approximately 10% of the cost of services we've arranged for you. |
| For example; if we were to arrange the reception, flower, hotel, band, cake | |
| and catering services which were all acquired for a total of $15,000, then our fee would be $1500. | ||
| The services are unlimited, from picking up your dress and tuxes, to custom | |
| making your wedding invitations. |
